Art Center Director
Application Deadline: October 14, 2026The Howard County Arts Council (HoCo Arts) seeks an Art Center Director to manage the art center, programs, and day-to-day facility operations. Reports to the Executive Director.
Qualifications: B.A. and 4+ years of non-profit arts administration; performing arts/theatre scheduling experience preferred. This is a full-time, exempt, management position in a community-based non-profit arts organization; some evening/weekend hours are required.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience. This full-time position is eligible for health benefits, paid vacation and sick leave.
