Paint It! Ellicott City 2026 Open Paint Exhibit July 1-August 23| Tuesday – Sunday, 10am-5pm| Howard County Welcome Center, Ellicott City Visit Howard County and the Howard County Arts Council invite you to the Paint It! Ellicott City 2026 Open Paint Exhibit. This special exhibit features artwork created by non-juried artists during the Howard County Arts Council’s annual plein air paint-out, held throughout Historic Ellicott City June 4–7, 2026. As part of the HoCo 250 Celebration, the exhibit showcases inspiring interpretations of Howard County’s landscapes, architecture, and community. Exhibit runs through August 23 at the Howard County Welcome Center, 8267 Main Street Ellicott City. Free.
