I brought my newer PC to RoaTech Inc. because it was acting really strange. I thought it might have gotten a virus. But David performed the diagnostics and found out I had a failing hard drive and keyboard. He replaced the hard drive and keyboard at a very reasonable price. He also backed up and moved all my old data. He did all of this very quickly and I was able to pick it up the next morning. When I received the PC back, it was completely fixed but also lightening fast! It was never this fast before. David and Beth are both very nice and very customer focused. They also have lots of cool computer related merchandise. I had fun looking around. I highly recommend them!
