Honest, knowledgeable, QUICK and fair priced. Also, I appreciated that they wore a mask and did social distancing since we’re in the middle of a pandemic. My computer that I depend on for work got hit with a bad virus recently. I tried everything I could to fix it on my own, using online suggestions. I wish I had known about these guys and brought it to them first. These guys were able to help me quickly and were very responsive with all their communication. They also gave me a very reasonable price. They met me at my convenience and explained everything thoroughly to me. They have been in business for a while but recently opened up a brick and mortar place right in the heart of Old Ellicott City just weeks before the quarantine hit. The location is really, really cute. I had no problems finding parking. Also, they are bilingual. They are a great business to support. I’d MUCH rather support a small business In our community that I can trust than going to a big box store whose reputation is not on the line. I highly recommend these guys. Also, they sell customized computers but I really appreciate that they were so knowledgeable about my computer’s issues. When I eventually upgrade my computer I will get it from these guys.
