Overall a great experience, I walked in and was assisted immediately. Explained my problems with my device filled out a sheet and was explained that it might only be able to be diagnosed today and that I might have to bring it back later in the week. I had explained that it was my work laptop and that I needed it as soon as possible. After the diagnosis of my device I was happy to hear that they could get the work done on the same day. The turn around time on my device was fairly quick. I was thoroughly impressed. I waited a few days to right my review to check out how my computer runs, and it’s just like when I took it out the box. Highly recommend this service.
