My laptop suddenly and unexpectedly crashed and I was concerned about taking it to the right spot for repair. My preference is to use small, local businesses. After speaking with the folks at Roa Tech, I had the confidence that they would do a good, solid job. I am happy to report that everything went well, and my laptop was back up and running quickly and on budget. If I need more tech services, I will definitely continue to use Roa Tech.
