My 5 yo DELL laptop screen and hinges completely self destructed. The hinge broke away from the base and splintered the screen when I tried to open it. ROATECH was able to find replacement parts for the hinges and the new display screen. During this process they were able to stay in contact with me. This was a complex repair so it wasn’t an overnight repair. They have been very professional in their ability to do this repair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has experienced the need for a computer repair.
