    National Negroni Week (www.negroniweek.com) to raise donations for Slow Food International (www.slowfood.com) is September 21 - 27, and several Ellicott City establishments are hosting Ellicott City Negroni Week. The 3rd Floor Chambers will be participating on Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26. Try our special recipe Negroni cocktail and collect your "passport" to receive a raffle ticket for prizes given out at Backwater Bibliopub.
